Sea urchins were a successful and diverse group of organisms, and still are. The earliest known sea urchins date back from around the upper ordavician. Sea urchin specimens often only show the main body of the animal, however, in some cases, the spines have also been fossilised. We sell many sea urchins and our specimens are available in a range of sizes. Such speciemens are popular among fossil collectors.
